"My wife and I have sold many homes and Martha Jorden is, quite simply the finest realtor we have ever worked with. Her energy, enthusiasm, creativity and professionalism are evident in every detail of her work. She knows the market and uses every tool at her disposal to get results. Even my neighbors commented that she was the hardest working and most effective realtor they had seen. We could not recommend her more highly". -Rick and Lee Ann Lukianuk
Martha Jorden regards her business as an opportunity to make and build relationships with her clients while she helps them transition from their old home to their new one with optimal results and enhancing the quality of their lives. She regards her buyer and seller clients as friends and is committed to meeting their needs with exceptional realtor service by staying in close communication and working with them at their individual pace.
Recognizing the ever-changing market conditions and lending conditions, Martha knows the importance of keeping up with the latest technology, trends and continuing education. She has her Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource designation and knows the complexities involved in navigating these challenging transactions.
Having made a lot of moves, Martha is well acquainted with the challenges of transitions and making new starts. She recognizes the importance of having access to a network of excellent resources easily available. And because of her varied training and experience, Martha can clearly envision the possibilities of potential properties. She knows how to recognize whether a house is a good investment, compared to what inventory is available at the time. And while she lives in DuPage County, she enjoys working throughout the many interesting suburbs and neighborhoods of Chicago.
Martha grew up in Texas, but moved to the Chicago area where she met her husband, Paul Jorden while attending Wheaton College. He is currently Senior Pastor of historic Bethel Community Church in Chicago, and she leads the Women's Bible Study. They have three wonderful grown children: Lisa. Kristina, and Paul.
After four years in Dallas, they lived in Dublin, Ireland for a couple of years where they served with Greater Europe Mission, and brought home their second daughter, Kristina, as a souvenir!
The Jorden family spent many years in the beautiful mountains of Arizona. Experiencing different housing markets has helped her understand that potential buyers come to this area with unique sets of expectations and needs. She recognizes the importance of taking the time to listen to each client to find out what is important to THEM.
Martha's many interests and hobbies keep her constantly on the move. Painting, bike riding, racquetball, gardening, and travel keep her from getting bored! Her energy and initiative combined with emphasis on integrity in relationships are evident by her successful ventures for the past several decades.
